Easy 3D Paper Star Garland for New Years Eve

Published by Penelope Quinn on December 29, 2017

I made these easy 3D paper stars for Christmas, but I love them so much they are staying up for New Years Eve for some sparkly cheer!

3D Paper Star

This is the perfect opportunity to use up all that leftover Christmas wrapping paper, and are so easy the kids (or in my case, the flatmates) will all love to get involved.

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Leftover paper or cardboard (both work fine)
  • A hole punch
  • Scissors
  • A star template (I found mine online and cut it out of recycled cardboard)

Simply trace out your star template, cut them out, then get folding! Watch the video below to find out how…

A HUGE thanks to my talented girl Huia Hamon @ Kog for providing me with some new music for my videos! Go check out her stuff at www.iamhuia.com and  www.kog.co.nz. She also has her own colouring book series which are all inspired by nature and New Zealand loveliness and make the most lovely gifts 🙂

Have a wonderful new years everyone, and see you in 2018!
